Corporations use SWOT analyses as training and personal development tools all the time. They're mainly to help employees highlight strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to work more efficiently in their positions.
The problem here is, while an employee has one job, the typical mom has at least seven. (And that's being tremendously generous. I'd say it's closer to twenty, but I didn't want to scare you.)
This will give you a good way to highlight what things are bugging you most, what still needs attention, and what you can pat yourself on the back for having gotten done remarkably well.
