A Guide To Creating The Perfect Sweet 16 Birthday Party

Sweet 16 parties are a big deal. A girl or boy turning 16 is probably old enough to drive, get their own cell phone, and be eligible for an adult driver's license. But before they can do any of that, they need to have the perfect sweet sixteen birthday party!
